When was the last time you built a dam, forgot time while observing wildlife, or just dozed off in a deck chair by the brook under an alder tree? The unspoilt nature awaits you in the Special Protection Area 6521-311 "Elzbachtal und Odenwald Neckargerach", in the middle of the forest and yet sunny, right by the brook. There is no normal everyday noise or traffic noise because the road to us ends with us. You can roam the large property, experience nature, the tranquility, or the weather.

The direct surroundings are ideal for hiking or cycling and the picturesque mediaeval, timber frame town of Mosbach is only a stone's throw away and so is the "Katzenbuckel" an extinct volcano - its name translates directly into 'cat hump'.
Heidelberg, Würzburg and Heilbronn are also easily accessible for day trips - and you might be amazed by the wealth of castles and castle ruins nearby. 

You can expect whatever you would expect from an apartment in Berlin or Blackpool. Of course there is electricity and running water, but also WiFi, satellite TV and underfloor heating. You have a small kitchenette and a bright shower room with a view.
